Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These Terms govern access to Slop Crypto’s public livestream, submission tools, payment flow, and related services. By submitting a prompt, you agree to these Terms and the current Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how the service handles data.

1. Eligibility and wallets

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the service where you live. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, device security, and all activity authorized through your wallet. Slop Crypto will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.

2. The service

Slop Crypto is a continuously playing channel that combines approved community-directed AI video with archive and filler media. A payment reserves processing for the selected clip duration. It does not purchase ownership of the channel, guarantee a particular queue position, guarantee airtime, or guarantee that generated media will match a subjective expectation.

Queue order can change before a clip begins based on the disclosed priority system and operational safety needs. The clip already on air is not interrupted by queue changes.

3. Submission rules

You may submit only content you have the right to request and authorize for generation, moderation, publication, storage, and display. You must not submit:

  • sexual content involving minors or content that exploits or endangers a child;
  • instructions to create weapons, malware, or facilitate serious wrongdoing;
  • unlawful threats, targeted harassment, or non-consensual intimate content;
  • content that impersonates a real person deceptively or violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
  • links, spam, attempts to bypass moderation, or payloads intended to interfere with the service.

Automated and manual review can reject, hold, remove, or decline to air a prompt or generated asset. Provider safety systems remain enabled. Review reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every objectionable output will be detected.

4. License and public display

You retain any rights you hold in your submitted text. You grant Slop Crypto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, moderate, transform, generate from, store, reproduce, broadcast, promote, and archive your submission and resulting media for operating and explaining the service. This license lasts while the material is used by the service, subject to applicable law and the retention policy.

5. Payments and refunds

Blockchain transfers can be irreversible. The server, not the browser, decides whether a payment is valid. Quoted amounts expire. Never send funds to an address or amount that differs from the active payment request. Refunds, retries, and credits follow the Refund Policy; no automatic refund is promised.

6. Availability and changes

The service may pause submissions, generation, or queue changes while continuing the public stream. Providers, networks, and infrastructure can fail. Features and prices may change prospectively. If substantive accepted terms change, a new policy version will be presented before another submission.

7. Enforcement

We may reject content, suspend a wallet from submissions, preserve evidence of abuse or payment disputes, and cooperate with lawful process. Attempts to evade controls or harm the service can result in permanent loss of access.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service and generated media are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, a particular creative result, or continued availability of a submitted asset. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slop Crypto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Contact

Questions, rights requests, and disputes should include any relevant submission ID or transaction signature and be sent to [email protected]. Never send private keys or seed phrases.
