Refund & Credit Policy

Crypto transfers can be irreversible. Slop Crypto does not promise automatic refunds. Every eligible failure is reviewed against server payment evidence, moderation records, provider attempts, and playback history before a retry, site credit, or manual refund is approved.

Before sending payment

Prompts receive an initial safety check before a payment request is created. A quote is valid only until its displayed expiration. Do not pay an expired quote, reuse a reference, or send a different asset, mint, amount, or destination. Unverified transfers do not enter generation.

How failures are handled

• Payment cannot be verified: the submission remains unpaid. Provide the transaction signature for manual investigation. A transfer is not treated as received until server-side chain verification succeeds.
• All generation attempts fail: the operator reviews the attempt history and may approve a retry, site credit, or manual refund.
• Generated media fails asset review: the operator may approve regeneration, site credit, or a manual refund based on the reason and costs already incurred.
• An eligible clip never airs because of our failure: the operator may restore priority, issue site credit, or approve a manual refund based on playback evidence.
• You dislike a valid result: subjective dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for an automatic refund or regeneration.
• Policy violation, abuse, or an invalid transfer: no refund or credit is promised, except where required by law.

Manual review process

Send the submission ID, wallet address, transaction signature, and a concise description to [email protected]. Never send a private key or seed phrase. The operator records the decision and supporting evidence. A refund marked “required” is not complete until it has been sent through an approved external treasury process and recorded with its external reference.

Refund method and value

Approved manual refunds are normally returned in the original payment asset and are limited to the verified amount received for that submission, less any amount the law permits us to withhold. Network fees and exchange-rate changes can affect the value received. Site credits have no cash value and can be used only through this service while available.

Non-waivable rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
